This drill helps with getting rid of tension. Creating a proper arm swing. First you stand on just your lead foot. You drop your trail foot back and just use your toe for balance. You should be able to swing and not fall off balance. Your arms have to move much more than your body. Then change and use your trail foot only. Then put both feet together and do the same thing. This promotes a free arm swing necessary for especally distance.
