Start by taking your grip. Then lift the clubbed up until it is directly above your hands. The club will feel very light. Then let the club drop until the club head is even with your hands. You will feel your arms tighten. Now lift the club to about a 45 Degree angle and make some small circles with the club head. Once you can make these circles and always feel the club head. Then try to keep that same pressure throughout your swing.
