First to feel line of compression. Take a bat or a stick. You can do it from your knees or standing. Just take the bat and hit a bag or a tree or a tire. Feel how your trail arm lines up with and pushes the stick or bat into the object. That is what happens in a golf swing. The other is just get on your knees or in a chair and throw a ball. Feel how your wrist works. It does not twist. It flexes and extends. That is the same in a golf swing.
