BODY MOVEMENT WITH THE FULL SWING
4m
As you begin to make full swings first you only want enough speed where you can feel the momentum of the club and monitor where it is. Full speed is of no value. As the club swing into the back swing you are pushing away from the force the club is creating. Your force or weight goes into the inside of the heel of your trail foot. As the club swings to the transition point you are pushing the same way the club is moving. That moves you up to your lead leg. As you start down your lead leg is pushing away from the target line. This along with your trail foot rolling inward and force is moving towards the ball off your trail foot. Through impact your trail foot continues to push into the finish.
