Get set up to the ball. Put a band around your hips. Have a friend take a hold of the band and put some pressure trying to pull you into the ball. Then make a backswing. Keep the pressure on the band or even add pressure stretch the band. Then move back to set up with out letting the band pull you closer to the ball. Then finally go to the follow through side doing the same motion.
